Our pricing is absolute, and our coverage is comprehensive.When you book a machine with Belukas, you are fully covered against collision, theft, and third-party liability without requiring a deposit for standard fleet damages.TOTAL COVERAGE: ZERO EXCESS
The daily rate you see is the final rate. It includes a Super Collision Damage Waiver (SCDW) with absolute zero excess for all standard cars, motorcycles, scooters, and quads.Your booking automatically includes:
* Complete Mechanical Protection: Full coverage for all high-risk zones, including tires, wheels, suspension, undercarriage, engine, and all auto glass/mirrors.
* Unlimited Mileage: No distance caps anywhere on the island.
* 24/7 Island Extraction: Immediate roadside assistance and vehicle replacement in the event of a mechanical failure.
* Essential Equipment: Child seats, booster seats, and local road maps provided.
* Tax Compliance: All local taxes and 24% VAT are pre-calculated and included.Note: The zero-excess policy applies to all standard and heavy-duty fleet categories. High-capacity commercial minibuses are the sole exception and carry a mandatory €500 damage excess.---OPERATIONAL TERMS
To secure a vehicle, drivers must meet the following strict criteria:* Age & Experience: The primary operator must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driver's license for a minimum of 12 consecutive months.
* Fuel Policy (Same-to-Same): You are not charged an upfront fuel fee. You must return the vehicle with the exact fuel level it had at the time of dispatch.
* Traffic Infringements: Any speeding tickets, parking fines, or local municipal infractions incurred during the rental window are the sole financial responsibility of the renter.
---LIABILITY VOIDS
Our insurance is comprehensive, but it is not unconditional. Total coverage is immediately nullified, and the renter assumes 100% financial liability for the machine, if any of the following breach conditions occur:* Off-Road Operation: Crete contains rugged, unpaved terrain. Despite the capability of our quads and SUVs, our entire fleet is strictly restricted to asphalt roads. Driving any Belukas vehicle on dirt, sand, or unpaved trails immediately voids all insurance policies.
* Intoxication: Operating the vehicle under the influence of alcohol, narcotics, or severe prescription medication.
* Unauthorized Operators: Allowing any individual not explicitly named and signed on the Belukas rental contract to drive the machine.
